On, January 16th, employees from LENNOX and JAMCO Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. were on hand in Camden to unveil a new air conditioning unit & system, valued at over $5,000, generously donated by LENNOX after Woodland Avenue Presbyterian Church’s old system had been stolen.
In July of last summer, the previous AC unit was discovered to have been stripped down with the unit’s copper and the motor being stolen, making the unit unsalvageable. Its primary use was to cool the church’s Fellowship Hall during WCDC’s after-school program and summer camp. After learning about the theft, Mike Green, Owner of JAMCO Heating & Air Conditioning, reached out to LENNOX on the church’s behalf, and the company decided to generously donate a brand new unit.
